Out Like A Lamb

Finally! Spring has arrived!

...and as we all know Spring weather can be a bit unpredictable! This slightly cropped, short sleeved jacket offers a great layering option perfect for this time of year. It has volume in the front right where you want it and flatters the figure with a high waisted tie belt and button closure. This jacket looks great layered with a brightly colored tank and its really lovely how the ruffles frame the face. This particular style is available in the ivory white pictured above as well as black which looks especially sharp with a high waisted pencil skirt. The fabrication is so soft I just want to touch it all day! I was surprised to find that it's polyester. It truly looks and feels like a rich silk!

My goodness its a warm day in Los Angeles! I think you might need something like this light, airy tunic top to keep you cool.

The top is beautiful with a pair of jeans and strapy sandals. Throw some bangles on for a little bling and a a pony tail keeps the look young and fresh! The light cotton eyelet is a breath of cool air on a warm day like today. Another great thing about this top is the elastine band at the hem that keeps the top in place. It won't ride up obnoxiously and it flatters the figure balancing out the billowy body of the shirt. Full sleeves allow the breeze to circulate and always make the arms look graceful and slim. I think white is best for this season but if you want a little splash in your spring wardrobe it also comes in yellow, pink, blue, and even black!
